YUMA — The Yuma Police Department is notifying the community that John Glen Thompson, 55, is now residing at East 18th Street and Pacific Avenue, (HOMELESS), Yuma, Arizona 85365. He is described as 6 feet, 06 inches, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
In 1997 John Thompson had a sexual relationship with a child, who was only 15 years old. In 1998 Thompson pled guilty to Third Degree Rape in Pennington County South Dakota.
On May 05, 1998, John Thompson was convicted of 1 count Rape.
On February 21, 2008 John Thompson was convicted of 1 count Felony Indecent Exposure.
John Glen Thompson is a level 2 sex offender with a medium risk to reoffend.
It has been reported to the Yuma Police Department that the convicted sex offender in this notification is living in your area. Pursuant to Arizona Laws, we are releasing the information in this flyer, as it our belief that an informed community is a safer community.
