YUMA — Jose Fernando Martinez Meza, a criminal migrant has been arrested by border agents in Wellton. The migrant nearly one year ago, was arrested of re-entry of a removed alien and sentenced to 34 months in prison.
Martinez Meza, a Mexican national, was previously convicted of kidnapping for ransom and for re-entering the U.S. after being removed and served a total of six years in prison.
